Someone stole my content

1. 01Open the takedown notice form and keep Report infringement selected.
2. 02Enter your name, email and postal address. Your phone number is optional.
3. 03If you’re filing for the copyright owner, check the box that says you’re their authorized agent and name the owner.
4. 04Describe your original work, and give a link to each copy on Fanulu. No link? Give the username that posted it and a description.
5. 05Confirm the two statements, type your full name to sign, and choose Submit takedown notice.

Prefer email? Send the same information to [email protected] with “DMCA Notice” in the subject line.

• You get a reference number. Quote it if you contact us.
• A member of our team reviews your notice. Filing doesn’t remove anything automatically.
• If your notice is valid, we remove or disable the content and tell the person who posted it how to respond.
• We may share your notice, including your contact details, with the person who posted the content.
• We email you the outcome.

• We can only remove content that’s on Fanulu. For copies on other sites, contact those sites.
• If it’s an intimate image of you, use our removal request form instead. We remove it within 48 hours of a valid request.
• File only if you own the work or are authorized to act for the owner. Knowingly false claims can make you liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.
