For You is a personal mix of posts based on what you like, the creators you follow, what’s popular right now and a few new things to try. It learns from what you like, comment on, share and save.
What goes into For You
- Topics you enjoy. When you like, comment on, share or save a post, or follow its creator, we show you more posts with similar hashtags.
- New posts from creators you follow.
- Posts that are popular across Fanulu right now.
- A few posts from topics close to your interests, so you can find something new.
When you’re new, or not logged in, For You shows mostly popular posts until it learns what you like. We also mix up creators, so one person doesn’t fill your feed.
What stays out
- Posts you’ve watched recently, so the feed doesn’t repeat itself.
- Posts from people you’ve blocked, or who have blocked you.
- Posts for subscribers only and posts you pay to unlock. You’ll find those on the creator’s profile, and in Subscribed once you subscribe.
Tune your feed
Tap the three dots (…) on any post and choose one of these. You need to be logged in.
- Show more like this: see more posts on the same topics.
- Show less like this: see fewer posts on those topics.
- Not interested: hide that post from For You and see less like it.
Following and Subscribed
Following shows posts from people you follow, and Subscribed shows posts from creators you subscribe to. Both are in time order, newest first, and aren’t personalized.
