The short answer
A new withdrawal shows as Pending until it’s processed. Your first payout is always reviewed before it’s sent, so it can take longer.
What each status means
- Pending: you’ve requested it and it’s waiting to be processed.
- Processing: it’s being sent.
- Paid: it’s been sent to your payout method.
- Failed: it didn’t go through. The amount goes back to your available balance.
- Cancelled: it was stopped. The amount goes back to your available balance.
Your withdrawals and their status are under Recent payouts in Studio › Earnings.
Why it can take longer
- It’s your first payout. We review every creator’s first payout before it’s sent.
- You already have a withdrawal in progress. You can request another once it’s paid, failed or cancelled.
- We need your tax form. Check its status in Studio › Settings › Payouts.
- Your saved payout details couldn’t be read. Studio › Settings › Payouts will ask you to re-enter them.
Earnings not available yet?
Money you’ve just earned doesn’t go straight to your Available balance. It sits in Pending while it can still be charged back, then moves to Available. Part of your earnings is also held in a reserve for refunds and chargebacks.
The Withdraw screen shows how much is available, pending and in reserve, and the Available for payout card shows when the next amount clears.
