The short answer
Fanulu shows notifications inside the app, in Activity. We don’t send push notifications or activity emails, so check Activity, and make sure you haven’t muted the conversation you’re waiting on.
Where to find them
- On your phone, open Inbox and switch to the Activity tab.
- On a computer, choose Activity in the sidebar.
- New messages show as an unread count on Inbox on your phone, or Messages on a computer.
We don’t send push notifications to your phone or browser, or emails about likes, comments or messages.
Missing something?
- Muted conversations don’t add to your unread count or send notifications. To turn them back on, open the conversation, open the menu at the top and choose Unmute notifications.
- Not getting messages from creators you subscribe to? In Settings, under Privacy Settings, make sure Mass Messages is on.
- Notifications arrive live while you’re connected. Reload the page to catch anything you missed.
- Several likes on the same post are grouped into one notification.
