The short answer
Choose “Forgot password?” on the login screen and enter your email. We send you a link that works once and expires after an hour.

- 02Enter the email address on your account.
- 03Open the email from Fanulu and follow the link within an hour.
- 04Choose a new password and save it.
Your new password needs at least 10 characters, with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a symbol.
After you reset
A new password signs you out on every other device and browser, so anyone else who was signed in to your account is signed out too. Sign back in with the new password.

Didn’t get the email?
- Check your spam and promotions folders.
- Make sure you used the email on your account. To protect your privacy, we say we sent the email even when no account uses that address.
- Each new request cancels the previous link, so use the most recent email.
- If you’ve asked several times within an hour, wait an hour and try again.
