My verification didn’t go through

• Use a government photo ID that hasn’t expired, such as a passport, driver’s license or national ID.
• If you’re a US citizen or US resident, use a US-issued ID.
• The selfie has to match the photo on your ID, so take it yourself.
• You must be 18 or older.
• Keep the page open until the scan finishes.

1. 01Go to Settings › Creator Verification.
2. 02Start the verification again and follow the steps.

If you see “Too many verification attempts,” wait up to 24 hours before you try again.

If we gave a reason, you’ll see it on the verification screen. Otherwise, write to support from the email address on your account and tell us what happened.
