The short answer
A mass message goes to many of your subscribers at once. Write one in Studio › Messaging, choose who gets it, and send it now or schedule it.

Send a mass message
- 01Go to Studio › Messaging. You start on Compose.
- 02Write your message, up to 2,000 characters. Tap + Name or + Username to greet each fan by name.
- 03Tap Recipients to choose who gets it. It goes to all your active subscribers unless you pick a group, such as New subs or one of your tiers.
- 04Add a photo or video if you like. To charge for it, turn on Charge to unlock and set a price from $1 to $500.
- 05Choose Send now, or schedule it for later.
- 06After you send, you have 30 seconds to choose Undo.
Good to know
- You need to complete ID verification before you can send mass messages.
- You can send up to 3 mass messages a day.
- Fans who turned off mass messages in their settings don’t get them, and neither does anyone you’ve blocked or who has blocked you.
- Photos and videos are checked before the message goes out.
