The short answer
You can post a video, a single photo, or a gallery of 2 to 20 photos. A post holds one video or photos, never both.

What you can post
- Video: one per post, in MP4, MOV or WebM, up to 1GB and 10 minutes long.
- Photo: one image, in JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 10MB.
- Gallery: 2 to 20 images, each with the same limits as a photo.
Images need to be between 100 and 8,192 pixels on each side. Save HEIC photos as JPG or PNG before you upload them.
Make a post
- 01Tap Create (the + button on your phone).
- 02Choose Select photos or videos, or Add from Vault to use something you’ve uploaded before.
- 03Pick one video, or up to 20 photos. Picking more than one photo makes a gallery.
- 04Write a caption. Every post needs one, up to 500 characters.
- 05Under Who can watch, choose who can see it.
- 06Tick the 18+ certification, then tap Post.
You can also save a draft, or schedule the post for later. New posts are checked before they appear. See Why is my post in review?
Who can see it
- Free: everyone.
- Subscribers: only people subscribed to you.
- Tier: subscribers on the tier you pick and above. This option appears once you’ve set up tiers.
- PPV: people pay a one-time price, from $1 to $500, to unlock it. You can let subscribers watch for free.
