A charge I don’t recognise

Updated

The short answer

Check your subscriptions first, since most unfamiliar charges are renewals. If you still don’t recognize it, contact our billing partner, CCBill: call 1.888.596.9279 or email [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]).

Check what it could be

  • Fanulu charges are processed by CCBill. The subscribe screen shows the name the charge appears under on your statement, next to “Charged as”.
  • Open Settings › Manage subscriptions. A renewal or a free trial that just ended is the most common cause.
  • Tips and pay-per-view unlocks are charged separately from subscriptions. Posts you’ve unlocked are on the Purchased tab of your profile.
  • Ask anyone who shares your card or device.

Still don’t recognize it?

Contact CCBill: call 1.888.596.9279 or email [email protected]. Give the date and amount of the charge, and your Fanulu username and email if you have an account. An unauthorized charge is one of the cases our refund policy considers for a refund.

Please contact CCBill before filing a chargeback with your bank. A chargeback filed without contacting us first may lead to your account being suspended while we look into it.

If someone used your account
