- How do subscriptions work?Subscribing to a creator unlocks the posts they share with subscribers. Your plan renews automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel any time.
- How do I cancel a subscription?Open Settings › Manage subscriptions, find the creator and tap Cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
- When am I charged?You’re charged when you subscribe, or when your free trial ends. After that, each renewal is charged at the end of your billing period until you cancel.
- How do I get a refund?Refunds are handled case by case by our billing partner, CCBill. To ask for one, call 1.888.596.9279 or email [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]).
- What payment methods do you accept?We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and JCB cards. Payments are processed by our billing partner, CCBill.
- A charge I don’t recogniseCheck your subscriptions first, since most unfamiliar charges are renewals. If you still don’t recognize it, contact our billing partner, CCBill: call 1.888.596.9279 or email [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]).
